It’s 2026, and slow internet is no longer just an inconvenience—it’s a dealbreaker. Imagine settling down for a night of Netflix or hopping onto your favourite online game, only for your video to buffer or your screen to freeze. With Singapore’s investment of $100 million into nationwide broadband upgrades, speeds of up to 10Gbps are now available, and 1Gbps plans are starting to feel outdated.
If you’re looking to upgrade your home internet, you’ll find plenty of fibre broadband options on the market. The real challenge lies in choosing between the best deals from providers like Singtel, StarHub, M1, MyRepublic, SIMBA, WhizComms, and ViewQwest. Let’s break down the top plans available in 2026 to help you pick the one that matches your budget, speed needs, and lifestyle.

WhizComms 2.5Gbps Fibre Broadband
WhizComms is the go-to if you want the cheapest no-frills broadband plan. At $24 per month, it’s the lowest on the market. However, you’ll need to factor in the installation and NLT activation fees, which bring up the total slightly. This plan is best suited for budget-conscious households that want reliable internet without extras.
SIMBA 10Gbps Fibre Broadband
SIMBA (formerly TPG) continues to disrupt the market with an affordable 10Gbps plan at just $29.99 per month. Their 24-month contract comes with a free WiFi 7 router, device installation, and home phone line, making it an incredible value for high-speed internet. For those who want flexibility, SIMBA also offers shorter commitments, though freebies are limited with shorter plans.
MyRepublic Ultra 3Gbps Fibre Broadband
MyRepublic caters to both casual users and gamers with separate plans. Their basic 3Gbps plan starts at $34.99 per month, while the gamer versions go up to $59.99 for added speed and smoother streaming. A standout perk is the free FTP installation, saving new homeowners significant costs. Adding a router for just $1 more per month also makes this plan more attractive.
ViewQwest 10Gbps Bundle
ViewQwest positions itself as a premium choice, offering ultra-fast 10Gbps speeds. Their plan costs $30 monthly for the first 10 months, then $45 thereafter. While pricier, it comes bundled with security services like SecureNet and FDNS, plus free modem rental. This option is ideal for tech-savvy users or larger households needing top-tier speeds.
M1 2.5Gbps Fibre Broadband
At $39.90 per month, M1’s 2.5Gbps plan is competitive but not the cheapest. The value comes from its bundled perks: a free fixed line and two years of mobile broadband. It’s a good mid-range choice for families who want reliable internet and extra services.
Singtel 3Gbps Fibre Home Bundle
Singtel’s 3Gbps plan at $39.90 per month comes packed with add-ons, including a WiFi 7 router, streaming subscriptions, Microsoft 365, parental controls, and more. While priced the same as M1, the added freebies make it appealing for households that want an all-in-one solution.
